GPS

One of my Christmas presents was a new GPS thingamajig. You can follow a route that you pre-plan, which I did on the day after New years day. It's brilliant! I can also upload my routes for all to see (along with my slow average speeds!):

Mini tripod

Here are some photo's from aaages ago (around the start of November I think) taken on a headtorch run around Kinder somewhere. I used my little mini tripod which seems to work quite well, need to master the settings a bit though.

Dark

Nice run on thursday, getting dark earlier now. Tested my ay-up headtorch, much better than my old petzl one although a bit heavier.

Sunrise

Riding in is coinciding with sunrise nicely at the moment. Took this panorama from the ridge just coming into Marple last week. Was cold but nice!

Splishy splashy

Went out for a short "loosener" on Sunday to recover from Langdale the day before. Its been a bit wet recently so the stream was a bit full.
